As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing interface, experience, and interaction design for our products servicing our beauty customers. This position is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional who excels in user-centered design and has a passion for understanding user needs and behaviors, as well as performing qualitative customer interviews and research. Experience in designing products for beauty and wellness customers is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Product Discovery: Conduct user research and qualitative discovery to understand the evolving needs, behaviors, and pain points for our beauty industry customers. Analyze data alongside the product management team to inform design decisions and improve the customer experience.
  • Product Strategy: Explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces, working with your team to understand the opportunity, and then chart a path forward together.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as the voice of the customer and drive process improvements which ensure alignment and buy-in from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interface, Experience, and Interaction Design: Deliver excellent wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Ensure designs are consistent with our style guide and brand identity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain a unified product vision.
  • Goal Oriented: Align design thinking to our business north star and OKRs, and measure everything we deliver to learn from and evaluate success.
