We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments. As part of your application, you may be presented to clients/partners as part of the recruitment process. Your Profile (Must-have requirements) • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related discipline. • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of successfully leading design teams. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. • Experience from agile development methodologies and collaboration with developers. • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
