As a designer, you dive deep into the psyche of our target audience: you explore how users think, where they experience friction, and what they truly need. You translate qualitative insights and strategic business goals into concrete UX opportunities and ensure that our digital interfaces become smarter, more intuitive, and more consistent, step by step.

You work closely in a multidisciplinary team with Product Owners, CRO specialists, and software engineers . You are the architect of the user journey and ensure clear information structures, well-organized user flows, wireframes, and a seamless handover to development . With your expertise as a UX Designer , you claim direct ownership of the usability, quality, and conversion power of our entire digital landscape.
