We are looking for an user experience designer (f/m/d) that works closely with the engineering teams to shape

• Research and understand target users, working closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to create solutions tailored to their needs.
• Planning & facilitating user research activities (e.g. qualitative 1:1 moderated usability test sessions, quantitative unmoderated online studies, ideation workshops with customers, etc.)
• Create high fidelity UX prototypes for new applications using tools like Figma
• Communicating effectively within UX- and product management / development community
• Helping measure UX goals and metrics as well as free-text field comment
