The User Experience and Design Group at Finastra is in charge of shaping the vision of the future of finance while elevating the design culture globally. As a talented UX Designer, you will be based in Bangalore, India and become part of our international design family across India, Europe and North America. You will be in charge of creating end to end cloud based experiences for customers Corporate Banking areas. Following design thinking best practices and using a design system, you will take part in the entire process of building solutions. Starting with ideation and low fidelity mockups, you will be then designing high fidelity prototypes built with the Finastra Design System in Figma and continuously improve them based on user testing and customer insights. Responsibilities & Deliverables: Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following: • Participate or facilitate design thinking sessions and building empathy maps, sevice blue-printing • Low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using a design system Figma UI Kit • Evangelise the design system and contribute back new components and prototypes • Presenting designs and documenting new design templates and best practices • Interaction design • Responsive & mobile design • Interact with product managers, developers, design system team • As a team player, actively participate in the community and bring new ideas on improving the existing design, tools and processes Required Experience: • Atleast 2 years of relevant work experience • Excellent command of Figma, experience with other design software (Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision) • Attention to detail • Good communicator • Team player and open to learn • Autonomous • Comfortable working in an agile and international environment As a person, you are positive with a problem-solving mindset, making sure you are building the right experience for specific user needs.
