YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a user-focused, results-oriented UX Designer to support both acquisition marketing and product management in shaping the future of how people discover, evaluate, and save on the best deals online. This is a hybrid role that combines conversion-driven design thinking with deep empathy for the user journey.
You’ll be responsible for crafting experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement—from designing high-performing landing pages and ad experiences to optimizing consumer-facing web and native app journeys. You’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager on growth experiments and A/B tests, and with product management to create seamless valuable user journeys across our site and apps.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support Growth & Acquisition Marketing - Design and iterate on landing pages, lead gen flows, and paid media assets with a focus on conversion and CAC-to-LTV optimization. Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and produce performance-driven creative for paid social (Facebook/Meta). Translate campaign performance data into UX experiments that improve top-of-funnel engagement and increase subscribers.
  • Support Product Management - Work closely with product management and engineering to design and improve our site and app from discovery to conversion. Design user journeys that support both consumer needs and business KPIs that balances usability, conversion and retention. Participate in usability testing and synthesize insights to drive product improvements.
  • Experimentation & Analytics - Collaborate on A/B and multivariate testing plans to validate design changes and inform future iterations. Leverage analytics tools and conduct research as needed to inform and prioritize design decisions. Define and track success metrics for UX improvements and acquisition flows.
  • Design Execution & Collaboration - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma. Maintain and evolve our design system in partnership with the product and engineering teams. Ensure design consistency across touchpoints and contribute to shared design patterns and guidelines.
