Responsibilities
  • Investigate user requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX design solutions. You’ll produce high-quality wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, and prototypes that are based on data and research, not just intuition.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, internal, and external designers to ensure every digital asset-from search boxes to landing pages-is designed for a tailored user experience.
  • Design and rigorously test UI elements, including CTAs, banners, and page layouts, to ensure they’re meeting key performance indicators and improving user behavior.
  • Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies to analyze and predict user behavior, helping us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Work independently with some guidance to solve larger, more open-ended problems, while also participating in collaborative, convergent, and divergent group work.
  • Explore, refine, and document solutions thoroughly, and objectively evaluate and refine concepts based on learnings from prototypes and testing.
