UX Designer Location: Charlotte, NC (on-site) We’re looking for a UX Designer with strong Figma expertise to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. Experience in the healthcare domain is highly preferred, especially working with complex workflows, regulated environments, or clinical users. Responsibilities • Design user-centered experiences for web and/or mobile applications • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions • Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback • Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and design best practices • Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI standards Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes, design systems) • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams • Experience designing complex workflows or data-heavy applications Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in the healthcare domain (EHRs, clinical tools, patient apps, health tech platforms,  etc.) • Familiarity with healthcare usability, accessibility, or compliance considerations • Experience working in agile or product-driven teams Nice to Have • Experience with usability testing tools or user research methods • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) • Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS) Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, spouse of protected veteran, or disability.
