Our App & Web Team constantly improves the App, Mobile Website, and Desktop Website. These big-scale products are each visited by several million people every month. The team’s focus is to provide the most inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and easy-to-use shopping experience for our customers. They constantly challenge themselves to raise the bar of what is “state of the art” in customer-facing products.
Step into the role of a UX Designer (m/f/d) and become a vital part of our fast-paced team, working on a relatively new and rapidly growing product. You will be responsible for developing and integrating new features and improvements daily, conducting A/B tests for every feature, and creating a style guide for the Outlet. Your expertise in research and testing will be invaluable as these capabilities are not yet established in our current processes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineers in the Scrum team to create innovative e-commerce solutions for the ABOUT YOU Outlet mobile app and websites.
Represent the customer’s perspective, ensuring their needs are met in new product features and developments.
Transfer business problem statements into user-centred solutions.
Transform feature requirements into practical and intuitive designs, delivering an exceptional user experience across digital products
