For our Kaiserslautern office, founded in 2004, we are looking for a UX Designer (m/f/d)*. Your environment As a UX Designer, you’ll join a multidisciplinary product development team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers and work on AI-powered features to build the next generation of ITSM platform. You’ll work in an environment that values creativity, user-centric thinking, and teamwork, with colleagues based in the Netherlands, Germany, and Hungary. You will report to a UX Manager and regularly engage with the Design System team and other stakeholders. Job Description Your Job Rapid prototyping and refinement of new AI-powered concepts within our product (e.g. creation and governance of agents) Responsibility for the entire design process from initial discovery to final delivery Identification of research needs and transformation of insights into intuitive, accessible, and inclusive user experiences Creation of wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using the most appropriate tools and methods Facilitation of collaborative ideation and problem-solving with teammates and stakeholders Ensuring of consistency and efficiency through the use of the design system, including the proposal of improvements or new components when needed Validation and refinement of designs through feedback gathering, usability testing, and data analysis Delivery of clear communication and comprehensive handover documentation for seamless developer implementation Close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to shape user-centered solutions and drive product outcomes Contribution to raising UX maturity and improving design processes across the organization Continuous monitoring of emerging trends, tools, and best practices within the UX field Qualifications Your profile You have 5+ years of professional experience in UX design (medior/senior capacity) You have a bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or a related field You have shipped and measured the success of AI-powered feature from a human-centered design perspective You are skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma and/or vibe coding You have experience working with or contributing to design systems You can validate designs through research, usability testing, and feedback You are experienced in driving strategic decisions in a product triad You bring strong collaboration and communication skills, helping you work effectively with engineers, product managers, and other designers You are proficient in English, ensuring clear communication across teams You are passionate about accessibility, inclusivity, and solving complex design challenges You have a proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement Nice to have: You are fluent in German (business proficiency), enabling effective collaboration in German-speaking environments Additional Information What we offer Permanent employment contract and 30 days of annual vacation Pleasant working atmosphere with flat hierarchies Open working atmosphere in an international environment Flexible working hours within a modern working environment Possibility to work remotely Well-founded onboarding by a buddy Time for individual training opportunities to further develop your personal strengths Joint employee events and team building measures Employee subsidy for gym membership Company health measures such as health days or fresh fruit Free drinks (coffee, tea, water) Gifts on special occasions, e.g. anniversary Monthly tax-free payment in the form of a Mastercard Possibility of time off (sabbatical) Quality time together (table football, table tennis table, massage chair) Corporate benefits Vacation bonus Got excited?
