Description

THE PROJECT

We want to make the design of houses and their direct manufacturing accessible to everyone through an architectural design software, with an astonishing graphical visualization and very simple to use.
What we’re developing is the first BIM software able to realize real buildings! Brilliant inventions take shape from brilliant minds. We all believe our product is extraordinary so we’re looking for extraordinary people too.

SKILLS

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the necessary Design tools: we use Figma, LucidChart, Adobe CC;
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting comparative research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns;
  • Technical knowledge of the development process: we won’t expect you to write code, but you will need to be able to dialogue with developers efficiently;
  • Curiosity and exceptional analytical skills;
  • Very good level of spoken and written English (we are an international team!).
Responsibilities

As our new Designer, you’ll contribute significantly to the design of a complex Structural Analysis/Finite Element Modelling software (FEM). Your key responsibilities will include defining product goals, user flows, information architecture, and creating low/mid-fidelity prototypes.
Working in tandem with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Team Leaders, and UI Designers will be essential to achieve the best results. You’ll also produce high-quality deliverables at operational and strategic levels.
Finalizing your designs by producing developer documentation and following up on tasks is an essential part of your role to ensure accurate implementation. Your role is pivotal in bridging design and development, making your contributions vital to our success.
