We are looking for a UX-Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping how users interact with our products. You’ll transform user insights into engaging, functional, visually appealing solutions that meet customer needs and drive impact. This position will report to Head of UX.

• Transform User Insights into Design: Collect and analyze user insights, translating them into intuitive and effective designs that enhance the user experience
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product owners and developers to ensure solutions are technically feasible and user-centered.
• Champion the User: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are prioritized and reflected in user-friendly and impactful solutions.
• Optimize and Iterate: Test and refine designs based on user feedback and analytics, ensuring continuous improvement.
