REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UXD or similar role
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative user research methods (User Interviews, Usability Studies, Surveys, etc.) and ideation techniques
• Ability for rapid prototyping (digital or paper) as well as high-fidelity designs
• Experience with interaction design
• Ability to effectively advocate for users
• You feel comfortable working in a multicultural environment
• You’re self-motivated and don’t require micro-management
• Negotiation and facilitation skills
• Ability to share and accept feedback respectfully
• You demonstrate empathy, not only towards project end-users
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Product mindset
• Experience with complex projects
• Experience with Figma
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI or Interaction Design is a plus
• Experience working in Agile environment is a plus
• Experience with defining user stories is a plus
