Description
Drive the "Define and Design" phase for all prioritised initiatives Develop end to end process maps, map customer journeys, and conduct as-is and future state assessments. Create low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes Define content structure, navigation, and user flows (user journeys etc) Ensure designs meet accessibility standards. Present design solutions, rationale, and findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with Product Owners, Legal/Compliance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are up to the standard and regulatory-compliant. Perform usability testing and analyse feedback to refine designs. Work within and evolve our existing design language to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. 5+ years in UX/Product Design, preferably within Fintech, Banking, or a highly regulated industry. Strong experience demonstrating problem-solving, user-centric thinking, and polished UI execution. Hands on Experience on Figma or similar tools. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Good understanding of the Irish banking market.
