[WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON]

We’re seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team working on the Office of Public Guardian Online (OPGO), a citizen-facing digital service that helps Singaporeans plan for their future care through Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) arrangements and supervises deputies in their caregiving duties.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record in user research, including interviewing, usability testing, and thematic analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping
  • Experience in information architecture and content strategy
  • Ability to translate complex processes into simple, user-friendly digital experiences
  • Experience in creating and maintaining design systems

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive end-to-end user research and design for OPGO’s digital services, focusing on improving user satisfaction and adoption rates
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping to deeply understand the needs of donors, donees, deputies, and agency officers
  • Design intuitive interfaces and user flows for complex legal processes, including LPA applications and deputy reporting
  • Improve information architecture and content findability across OPGO’s digital touchpoints
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using Figma to effectively communicate design solutions
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across the platform
  • Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions
  • Support the digitisation of in-person processes while maintaining security and trust
