Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Our Product team is growing! We’re looking for a dynamic and self motivated UX Designer to join our team in London to help us scale outside of iGaming.
In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across a broad portfolio of brands. You’ll help us with our user research and turn that insight into new experiences and improvements in existing ones. You’ll work hand in hand with Product, Creative and Engineering teams to build solutions that allow us to scale our businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deeply understand QiH business and the commercial and operational levers that allow it to be successful
  • Perform user research to get insight into our existing and potential customers through surveys, interviews and quantitative research methods
  • Work with Product teams on creation of UX briefs, Personas and documenting current user journeys
  • Create proposed sitemaps/information architecture and map new user journeys that meet the UX brief
  • Create wireframes and prototypes, help validate the proposed solutions through internal and external feedback and work iteratively to improve them
  • Work collaboratively with the UI and creative team to build the emotive layer and ensure consistency of experience
  • Help improve the UX and end-to-end software delivery process
  • Build consistent UX patterns that can be reused across multiple sites and brands
  • Provide outstanding communications throughout QiH on your roadmap, priorities and progress
