ABOUT THE ROLE

As a UX designer at Qred, you will be a crucial part of a cross-functional team, developing user-centric digital solutions. Our goal is that our products feel like a natural extension of the user, be it our customers or internal users. In your role, you will be working with user research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design and testing. You will also work closely with your UX colleagues to work on common initiatives and develop the competence. Are you passionate about user experience and have at least a couple of years of experience, this role is probably for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working as the UX Designer in a cross-functional team, responsible for the user experience as well as the user interface aspects of our products
• Work closely with the other UX designers, where you will work on common initiatives such as the design system and share knowledge and expertise
• Act as an advocate for the user, working closely with the business to balance business goals and user satisfaction
• Conducting UX research and usability testing
• Actively contributing to the design system
