ABOUT THE ROLE

OIP (Orcawise Innovation Program) is a research based 100-days work experience program to help graduates and experienced professionals transition to a career in AI. Working on the LOAD team to assist with the design of working chatbot prototypes for the legal and compliance industry.
We’re looking for a UX Designer to shape the user experience for RAIMS.chat - the Responsible AI governance chatbot built on the RAIMS™ framework. You’ll create intuitive, accessible designs that bring governance features to life, while staying true to Orcawise brand guidelines.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Wireframes & Prototypes – Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes for RAIMS.chat user flows (chat interface, persona selection, citations, governance logs, feedback flags).
• User Flows – Map end-to-end interactions, including onboarding, multi-turn conversations, and governance data export.
• Brand Alignment – Apply Orcawise brand guidelines (color palette, typography, visual tone) to all design outputs.
• Responsive Layouts – Ensure designs work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Collaboration – Work closely with developers, product managers, and governance leads to align UX with compliance and RAIMS™ operational principles.
• Usability Testing – Conduct rapid tests with internal stakeholders and refine based on feedback.
