QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated UX Designer to join the Global User Experience team at ResMed. You will use design thinking to drive innovative, user-centric solutions across our global ecosystem of products, services, and digital technology. Your passion for influencing business decisions through user empathy and shaping company culture and processes is essential. You will advocate for UX within a product team and demonstrate the value of design through your work and collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand and advocate for our users and their needs through building empathy, incorporating their behavior, attitudes, and emotions, leveraging research insights and domain analysis to craft meaningful solutions.
Plan, facilitate and participate in discovery workshops and ongoing interaction with key stakeholders to develop user-centric solutions.
Develop concepts, sketches, wireframes, flows, journey maps, storyboards, and other design artifacts.
Prototype and rapidly iterate semi-functional, low- to mid-fidelity designs based on user research, acknowledging technical feasibility.
Facilitate the design process; including ideation sessions, design sprints, design studio; critiques and reviews, contributing to our global design system.
