Working closely with product, technology, marketing and business stakeholders, you'll influence how thousands of customers interact with our digital products and services every day.

Role Responsibilities

·      Conduct customer research, usability testing and experience analysis.

·      Translate customer insights into actionable design solutions.

·      Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs.

·      Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences.

·      Support digital campaigns, landing pages and conversion optimisation initiatives.

·      Contribute to design systems, UX standards and continuous improvement activities.

Who Are We Looking For?

·      Experience in UX design, product design or digital experience design.

·      Strong capability in customer research, testing and experience mapping.

·      Proficiency in Figma and modern design methodologies.

·      Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows.

·      Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.

·      Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

·      Experience working with design systems and accessibility principles.

• ·      Experience in ecommerce, healthcare or digital product environments will be highly regarded
