WHAT YOU’LL OWN

We are looking for a talented UX Director to lead our Payouts UX Team, reporting to the Global Head of UX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, team leadership, and a solid understanding of the payments industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive user-centered design processes and deliver exceptional user experiences that align with business goals and tie in with the wider customer ecosystem

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of UX designers and researchers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Develop and implement a UX strategy for the Payouts initiative, in-line with the wider UX and company vision.
  • Collaborate with the centralised UX team to ensure alignment and consistency with overall UX strategies and standards.
  • Oversee the end-to-end Payouts UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders within the line of business.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
  • Ensure the team utilises qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
