Description
As a User Experience (UX) Designer at Blackbaud, you will be responsible for designing solutions that are valuable and usable for people to use and allow them to advance and achieve their social good missions. You will partner with product and engineering peers to discover and deliver new web-based software through the entire product development lifecycle. In this position, you will be focused on designing experiences that bring innovative, data-driven solutions to the market. What you will be doing: Accurately framing problems that need to be solved for users and ideating on different ways to solve those problems Creating and testing solutions to validate the user experience is both valuable and usable Contribute effective documentation and communication of the user experience for peers Build strong relationships with product teams and contribute to an open, creative, and productive atmosphere Work closely with a seasoned team of user experience professionals to define, grow, and maintain the design system and practices for Blackbaud as well as further develop your own capabilities and skills What we will want you to have: M.S or B.S degree in Human Computer Interaction Design or related field and/or equivalent experience 5+ years' experience as a UX designer, including user research, prototyping, and using visual communication tools (e.g., Figma). Experience designing solutions for end-to-end scenarios Experience with user centered design techniques Ability to know when and how to use various tools in your toolbox to persuade others about your design process Willingness to be communicative, collaborative, and open to feedback **Please include your professional portfolio samples or URLs with your resume when applying.
