Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic UX Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying a solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital products. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into high-fidelity designs and prototypes. Key Responsibilities Create user-centered interface designs, adhering to established UI design standards and practices. Design and develop user-centered software solutions, focusing on clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces. Participate in customer interviews, interactions, and other user research to identify customer needs and wants. Participate in and conduct user research and usability testing sessions with end-users to identify pain points and areas of improvement. Create UI prototypes, which may be used for testing or marketing purposes. Document user experience designs and specifications. Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Provide UX and design input to cross-functional teams, including recommendations for product and process improvements based on UX expertise and knowledge. Required Qualifications A solid understanding of UX design principles. Experience using UI design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Passion for improving user experiences and ability to advocate on behalf of the user and UX best practices. Ability to explain and document UI designs and decisions, both verbally and in written form. Strong understanding of Human Factors Engineering principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
