ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our Internship Program, either students or individuals who want to try their hands in the UX world. You’ll get hands-on experience with our product and learn from a seasoned group of UX, product, and engineering professionals.
During your internship at Bynder, you will learn and use UX best practices and methodologies. As our UX Intern, you will help our in-house UX Researchers with the tagging and documentation of recorded user interviews and usability tests as well as picking up various tasks to boost our operation (documentation on processes, templates, playbooks and best practices) and take it to the next level.
By the end of the program, you should have a strong grasp about UX principles and guidelines, which you will have the opportunity to use within a dedicated project that can be added to your UX portfolio. Given the nature of UX in Bynder, you’ll be involved in many product areas and have the possibility to network and connect with other professionals and members of the leadership team.
Our next UX Intern will be someone passionate about creating content and curious about crafting user experiences. An individual who is proficient in English, written and spoken, and who is motivated to work with and learn from UX Professionals. During the internship, you will work closely with UX Researchers, Designers, and product folk, and help make Bynder a more intuitive and friendly product.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
• Break down research recordings into intuitive and easy to use documentation.
• Collaborate with UX professionals, product managers, and engineers to design seamless experiences that empower our clients to achieve their business goals.
• Work hand-in-hand with our in-house UX professionals to help strengthen the UX operation through product visuals and research documentation.
• Help maintain and organize UX documentation, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
• Assist in identifying and suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the UX operation.
• Manage workload and deadlines efficiently.
