Your role - meaningful & rewarding

  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT Walk-In Centers of your area to deliver exceptional solutions and experiences for the E.ON Group
  • Functionally lead both internal and external technicians to ensure a high-quality experience and user satisfaction at our IT Walk-In Centers in your area
  • Ramp up of future WIC locations in alignment with the Business Units and align on all aspects from facility requirements to ordering and back charging process
  • Work closely with business product owners, stakeholders, and process leads to ensure all relevant IT processes are operational at all Walk-In Centers
  • Monitor, manage, and adapt the budget, ensuring accurate cost planning and allocation
  • Collaborate with business and internal stakeholders to develop solutions for new requirements
  • Drive digitization initiatives to enhance processes and adoption for end users

Your profile - authentic & open-minded

  • Completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
  • Professional working experience for many years in relevant positions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Mid-level understanding of modern digital technology
  • Experience in working in international, cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in German and English
  • High willingness to travel regularly (approx. 1x/week), partly internationally within Europe
