ABOUT THE ROLE

Roku is looking for a UX Product Designer to support its B2B operations. In this role, you will help design enterprise experiences that enable both internal and external partners to complete critical tasks and achieve business goals efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user journeys and create interactions that elevate the partner experience.
This role requires a proactive approach and a keen eye for detail to ensure that our products continue to set the standard for excellence in the streaming industry.
For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $104,000 - $135,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Design innovative, intuitive solutions for new features and enhancements across a variety of web tools used by Roku’s internal and external users
  • Gather requirements and create user-centered experience flows, including the cross-pollination of ideas with different teams within Roku
  • Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to identify the problems, business goals, and user outcomes that your designs will address
  • Collaborate closely with the development team throughout the lifecycle of the product/feature
  • Utilize user journeys to help guide and frame your design approaches
  • Own your designs and communicate effectively, articulating your design decisions to colleagues from diverse disciplines
  • Give and receive feedback in regular design critiques with your peers and in formal design reviews with UX management
  • Plan and execute presentations to UX management, stakeholders & executive leadership
