Responsibilities
  • Understanding customer needs and business requirements to redesign and optimise priority digital experiences and processes in an agile environment
  • Discovery research, covering primary qualitative/quantitative design research planning, facilitation, and analysis, as well as trends analysis, best practice and competitive scans
  • Current state journey mapping to identify pain points and moments of truth, exploring viable solutions and features for experience uplift
  • Developing UX strategies and visions for key customer experiences/effectively communicating those visions, concepts, and ideas to non-design stakeholders, contributing to clear product roadmaps from MVP to vision
  • Designing interactions and features aligned with insights; creating user flows and wireframes that reflect an understanding of user needs and platform-specific interaction patterns
  • Developing intuitive and meaningful information architecture, including relevant navigation and logical IA schemas to reduce friction and create seamless user journey
