This part-time position typically works (Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm). This position is hybrid (mostly remote). Occasional meetings at the Triad Center (Salt Lake City). Applicants MUST reside in Utah or Idaho to be eligible for this job. About the role We’re hiring a student UX Research Assistant to create and run a research program that facilitates weekly interviews with students and staff. BYU-Pathway Worldwide serves students in more than 180 countries, with wide differences in technology access and experience. This role exists to ensure we consistently hear from real users—what they need, what gets in their way, and what helps them succeed—so product decisions are grounded in real insight. Pay: $14/hour, up to 20 hours/week (between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.) Location: Hybrid (mostly remote). Occasional meetings at the Triad Center (Salt Lake City). Must reside in Utah or Idaho.
