UX RESEARCH COORDINATOR SUMMARY:

The UX Research Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the user experience of a product or service is positive and seamless. They work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create a user-centered design process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, design, or a related field
2+ years of experience in UX design
Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with UX design tools and softwar

Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and goals
Conduct user research to gather insights into user behavior and preferences
Create user personas and scenarios to help guide the design process
Develop and maintain a UX style guide
Test and evaluate user interfaces to identify and fix usability issues
Track and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and best practices
