Job Description About the Role We are looking for a UX Researcher & Designer to join our team working on lending applications within an investment banking environment. You will help design complex internal enterprise tools used by bank employees, including dashboards, task management systems, SLA monitoring, notifications, collaboration features, and other data-heavy workflows. The role has a strong focus on UX research, user understanding, and designing efficient experiences within an existing enterprise design system. This is not a “creative freedom” role: consistency, usability, and working within established constraints are key. You will collaborate closely with UX Leads, business analysts, product owners, and developers, while maintaining autonomy on your topics.
