At Global-Tickets, we’re looking for an experienced UX Designer with a strong focus on UX research, an analytics focus, and entrepreneurial mindset!In collaboration with Konversionskraft, one of Europe’s leading conversion agencies, you now have the opportunity to shape our customers digital experience for millions of motorsport fans worldwide.
As part of our Marketing Team, you’ll work closely with Product Management, CRM, SEO, and Development to design smart UX initiatives and implement optimizations that support our ambitious growth goals. With us you don’t only contribute operationally but can contribute strategically too: your work will lay the foundation to build an internal CRO team and significantly impact the development of our new webshop.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally in an e-commerce or digital environment
  • Skills in tools such as Figma, FigPi, and Typeform are ideal
  • Experience in user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Knowledge of atomic design systems is a plus
  • A creative and analytical mindset to drive design decisions that boost profitability
  • Fluent in English; while German or Dutch is a plus
  • A team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach is your mantra.
