Responsibilities
  • Map donor journeys to identify motivation, friction, and decision points across digital touchpoints
  • Design, launch and interpret usability studies and insights on donation pages, forms, and flows using tools like VWO Insights, Qualtrics, and UserTesting
  • Design, launch, and interpret qualitative research such as interviews, surveys, intercepts, and heatmap analysis to uncover behavioral insights
  • Test and iterate form field labels, layouts, trust signals, calls to action, and urgency cues grounded in behavioral economics
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, content strategists, and stakeholders to translate insights into testable solutions
  • Document, present, and advocate for donor-centric design improvements based on research findings
  • Synthesize and report findings in a clear, actionable way to inform product, marketing, and fundraising teams
    Experience and Skills:
    Minimum Bachelors Degree in UX Design, Psychology, Marketing, Sociology, or a related field
