Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead end-to-end research activities to help the Digital Product design team deliver high quality experiences that satisfy and delight customers, using a range of research methodologies including (but not limited to)….. foundational qualitative research (e.g. ethnographic, observational, interview and diary studies, competitive landscape research), survey design and quantitative analysis, usability studies, heuristic evaluations, concept studies and iterative design testing, usability benchmarking , and more
  • Work closely with design and product partners to understand research goals and plan activities that meet learning objectives and deliver measurable impact.
  • Analyze research findings and report outcomes in the form of helpful, digestible insights to internal partners and stakeholders
