We are seeking an experienced Freelance UX Researcher (f/m/d) to take ownership of research initiatives from start to finish. You’ll lead qualitative and quantitative studies, deliver actionable insights, and play a key role in spreading a research-driven mindset across the teams.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX research
  • Skilled in both qualitative (e.g., interviews, usability testing) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, data analysis) methods
  • Fluent in German (written & spoken) and comfortable working in English
  • Experience in data-driven environments with fast-paced teams
  • Ability to share insights effectively and spread research knowledge across teams and the wider company
  • A self-starter who can own the research process from end to end.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research studies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user insights are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Help establish and spread a culture of research and user-centric thinking across the team and company.
