Description
Working with product partners, you will drive short and long-term research plans to fill in knowledge gaps, prioritize inclusion, identify risks, inform product decisions, and conduct analyses to distill quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights that represent the voice of the customer. Determine which mixed methods research to use and apply it, combining qualitative sense-making with rigorous statistical analysis, to distill complex data into actionable insights for a feature area, and sharing these insights in accessible ways that influence design and engineering decisions. Drive research that defines the customer and informs product strategy for a feature area. Take ownership of creating new solutions and conducting UX testing to uncover insights for continuous improvement, including Diversity & Inclusion and accessibility. Analyze the user funnels, using mixed methods approaches to understand behavior patterns, churn drivers, and the underlying rationale for feature adoption. Contribute to cross-disciplinary research efforts, mentoring other disciplines and independently managing research tools, recruitment programs, and large-scale customer learning events.
