Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate User Researcher to join our growing team! Involved in exploratory, generative and evaluative research, you will be fundamental to the development and maintenance of Moodle products, ensuring they meet the needs of educators, learners, and contributors.
As a User Researcher at Moodle, you’ll have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll design and conduct a variety of qualitative and quantitative research activities from usability studies and interviews to workshops and diary studies all with the goal of improving the usability and impact of our products. You’ll turn research into clear, actionable insights and ensure those insights reach the right people at the right time. You’ll also contribute to the evolution of our research practice by working with the Lead User Researcher to strengthen our operations and provide guidance on tools and methodologies. The role offers plenty of variety and the chance to make a real impact across multiple products and initiatives.
