UX RESEARCHER:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a UX Researcher for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

UX RESEARCHER - JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a member of the bank’s Digital UX Research team, the UX Researcher will contribute to enhancing the user experience of bank’s digital properties. The role involves working on a new project in Personal Digital Banking, using various UX research techniques to improve these digital platforms.

UX RESEARCHER - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• User Research and Testing - 2 years
• Data Analysis, Interpretation, and Presentation - 2 years
• Stakeholder Management - 2 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills

UX RESEARCHER – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Previous banking experience (personal banking)
• Experience with UX tools such as Maze, UserTesting, UserZoom, or Figma/Figjam

• Lead generative and evaluative user research using various methods
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights
• Lead the planning, execution, analysis, and presentation of studies
• Manage complex project requirements and challenging stakeholders
• Solve complex problems with innovative solutions
• Demonstrate experience in or knowledge of UX research tools
