WE’RE LOOKING FOR A UX STRATEGIST (REMOTE, US-BASED, PART-TIME)

Phenomenon Studio is expanding our strategy team! We’re looking for a thoughtful UX professional based in the U.S. who brings clarity to chaos and can turn early ideas into strong strategic direction.
Note: This role involves collaboration with Ukrainian-speaking teams and clients. Fluency in Ukrainian and deep cultural understanding are important for effective communication and alignment.

• Supporting sales team with pre-sale discovery framing
• Leading product strategy workshops (remote or on-site)
• Mapping IA, user flows, and low-fi prototypes
• Working closely with our EU-based design team
