We are proud to be an outlet for opportunity and for personal growth and success. Job Description We are seeking a data-driven UX Researcher to join our Creative & Technology teams. This role is focused on user research, with an emphasis on uncovering actionable insights that inform product and business decisions. Ecommerce experience is a strong plus. What you'll get to do: Support UX strategy through user research planning, execution, and analysis to identify user behaviors and pain points. Conduct remote interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative insights. Design and support A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences. Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and present them to stakeholders. Partner closely with Creative, Technology, and Site Experience teams to integrate research insights into product decisions and roadmaps. Establish and maintain research processes, methodologies, and insight repositories that enable a scalable research function. Track and communicate research impact on product outcomes and key business metrics. Contribute to wireframes or prototypes when needed to support research and validation efforts. Ensure any design contributions align with existing design systems and brand guidelines. Qualifications Who you are: 3+ years of professional experience in UX research, UX design, or related fields, with exposure to ecommerce. Proven experience with user research methodologies, including interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and both qualitative and quantitative approaches, with the ability to independently lead research initiatives. Strong portfolio demonstrating research process and the impact of insights on products or services. Experience using research and analytics tools such as UserTesting, Maze, and Mixpanel to plan studies, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights. Experience using Figma to collaborate with designers and engineering partners throughout the design and research process. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
