As part of its expansion in Florida, we are supporting YUPIX in the search for a UX Specialist to lead the user experience within YUPIX Arenas — spaces where innovation is experienced firsthand. Your mission To ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless, memorable, and brand-consistent experience, combining customer service and technical support with a proactive, energetic approach. Key responsibilities Act as the main point of contact between clients and the YUPIX team Lead the on-site customer experience within the venue Provide technical support for the use of VR headsets and immersive devices Guide and assist visitors with calibration and proper use of the technology Escalate incidents to the IT team when required Keep the experience space visually appealing and aligned with YUPIX’s brand identity Profile we’re looking for Experience or strong interest in technology, innovation, or immersive environments 3+ years of experience in technical support, user experience, or similar roles Basic knowledge of hardware, networks, and mobile devices Enthusiastic attitude, strong communication skills, and customer-first mindset High energy, curiosity, and a strong service orientation Native English Work setup Long-term freelance collaboration Monthly payment in USD Main objective To ensure every customer enjoys a seamless, engaging, and truly immersive experience aligned with the YUPIX universe. ✨ Excited about being part of the future of immersive experiences?
