The FIS Platform team’s vision is to enable developers to access a full suite of financial capabilities and build their own applications through low and no-code experiences. Our team is seeking a Design Manager to drive the evolution of banking experiences for millions of consumers. This senior-level role within our newly established multidisciplinary design group involves crafting embedded banking experiences from scratch, redesigning existing SaaS banking products, and expanding our FIS design system. As a visionary with a keen focus on user needs, you will shape our design culture and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional leaders to ensure the successful launch of high-quality products for our clients and their customers. Additionally, nurturing the growth and development of your team members will be integral to your role, as you collaborate closely with each individual to unlock their full potential.

• Foster stakeholder engagement across diverse functions to champion and endorse design strategies
• Spearhead the development of innovative solutions targeting user, product, and business challenges
• Drive the establishment of robust design processes, systems, and cultural norms.
• Elevate design quality through insights gleaned from user research and stakeholder input
