Description
Job Title UX Telemetry Expert – Adoption & Insights Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity...to elevate the quality of the insights we get into how people truly use and experience our products by driving the practical implementation of UX Telemetry from within the Usability Center of Excellence. Rather than concentrating only on analytics outputs, the focus will be on helping product teams define the right questions, translate them into measurable behaviors, implement meaningful tracking, and dashboard visualizations that reveal relevant behaviors, clinical workflow patterns, user journeys, and friction points across a diverse Healthtech ecosystem. To achieve this, you have the opportunity to drive end-to-end implementation of UX Telemetry for products across the Philips portfolio, meaning you are involved in defining objectives, UX Telemetry questions, data needs, tracking plans, implementation coordination, dashboarding, insight generation, and iteration. You will act as the product-facing delivery lead who ensures the full telemetry cycle becomes real inside UX, Usability, and product teams. Your role: You are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of UX Telemetry, to capture meaningful behaviors, user journeys, and experience patterns across multiple products and platforms. Drive end-to-end UX Telemetry projects across product teams, from scoping and planning through implementation, dashboarding, adoption, and iterative improvement. Drive workshops with business, product, design, and engineering stakeholders to define UX Telemetry questions, identify objectives, and create detailed tracking plans. Translate UX Telemetry questions into concrete data needs, event definitions, implementation requirements, and tracking plans that are usable by both business and technical teams. Coordinate implementation activities across product managers, designers, engineers, architects, and analysts to ensure telemetry plans are delivered in practice. Build and coordinate dashboards that support insight generation, helping teams understand user behavior, task success, workflow performance, and experience friction. Present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, making telemetry findings understandable, actionable, and relevant to product decisions. Support data storytelling, data literacy, and the cultural transition toward more data-driven product management within product teams. Contribute to advanced analytics, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled telemetry use cases where these can strengthen product understanding and decision-making. Integrate privacy, legal, regulatory, and consent-related activities into delivery planning and execution, ensuring they are addressed without losing momentum. You're the right fit if: MSc degree in Behavioral Science, Data Analytics, Data-driven UX Design, OR proven equivalent level of analytical and strategical thinking. Proven track record of end-to-end delivery in digital product, data-driven UX, Data-enabled Design, analytics, or related field. Experience with industry-grade analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Pendo, and preferably Amplitude Analytics). Strong experience facilitating workshops and translating business and UX needs into implementable data requirements. Experience creating tracking plans, measurement frameworks, and telemetry implementation approaches. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with telemetry data, dashboards, and insight generation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate data in a clear and persuasive way. Experience with data storytelling and helping teams adopt more evidence-based ways of working. Experience or strong affinity with advanced analytics, predictive analytics, and AI-supported analytical opportunities. Good understanding of privacy, legal, regulatory, and consent-related considerations in product analytics delivery. Ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional, and partially ambiguous environments. Strong affinity with Usability and Human Factors is a pre. You will be part of the Usability Center of Excellence, that works across businesses as part of Innovation & Design. The team focuses on elevating the quality of experience insights and enabling stronger evidence-based product and UX decisions across the Philips portfolio. Your role will focus predominantly on end-to-end UX Telemetry implementation with product teams. Next to the team, you’ll be part of an award-winning global community of over 400 design professionals and will collaborate with experts across multiple disciplines.
