QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with exposure to AI, machine learning, or related fields. Experience designing for complex systems or technologies, including chatbots, recommendation engines, or predictive models, is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Knowledge of design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture.
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into user-friendly designs.
- Familiarity with designing conversational interfaces and integrating AI-driven features.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to iterate on designs based on data and feedback.
- Empathy and a strong user-centered design philosophy, with the ability to advocate for the needs of users within AI environments.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible design practices.
- Familiarity with data visualization or creating interfaces for data-heavy AI applications.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking UX/UI CX Designer to join our team in designing human-centered, intuitive, and impactful user experiences for artificial intelligence (AI) applications. This role blends design expertise with an understanding of AI’s unique challenges and opportunities, ensuring that AI-driven products are user-friendly, engaging, and provide seamless customer experiences (CX). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design principles, a passion for AI, and the ability to translate complex AI functionalities into intuitive, human-centered interfaces.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- User-Centered Design: Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to create innovative and user-friendly designs for AI-powered applications.
- AI Interaction Design: Develop intuitive interfaces that simplify complex AI processes, including conversational UIs, decision-making models, and predictive analytics, ensuring users can interact with AI technologies in a meaningful way.
- Customer Experience Strategy: Work closely with customer experience teams to design seamless end-to-end experiences, considering the unique demands and touchpoints for users interacting with AI solutions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts, iterate based on feedback, and validate designs with real users.
- Design System Development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive design system tailored for AI applications, ensuring consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
- Usability Testing & Research: Conduct usability testing with AI products to gather feedback, identify pain points, and refine designs based on user insights. Incorporate user feedback into the continuous improvement of the product’s design.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with technical requirements, brand guidelines, and user needs.
- Stay Current on AI Trends: Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies, trends, and design best practices to ensure innovative and relevant design solutions for AI-powered experiences.
