ABOUT THE ROLE:

At Talk360, we’re on a mission to connect people globally, and we’re looking for a hands-on, proactive UX/UI Design Intern to help us scale to the next level. We’re growing fast, and we want to make sure every call feels simple, intuitive, and beautifully designed.

As a UX/UI Design Intern, you’ll join a small but ambitious team and play a key role in creating seamless experiences for millions of people worldwide. You’ll work closely with our Product, Tech, and Design teams, getting hands-on experience designing features that make a real impact.
This internship is a great opportunity if you want to learn, experiment, and grow while working on a product with a truly global reach.

You’re currently studying (or recently graduated) in UX/UI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related studies

• Strong interest in UX/UI design and digital products
• Experience working with Figma
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Open to feedback and eager to iterate quickly
• Good communication skills in English, with curiosity about designing for diverse global users — especially the African diaspora living abroad
• Bonus: previous work with mobile apps

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for our mobile apps with over 500,000 monthly app users
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs
• Collaborate with our Product Lead and Marketing & Product Designer to bring concepts to life
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively
• Join Product & Tech team meetings, sharing design perspectives
• Learn how to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Bring fresh ideas to our product, we value creativity and experimentation!
