1. REQUIREMENTS DEFINITION AND COMMUNICATION:

o Collaborate with partners to define UX/UI requirements that integrate customer insights, user data, and our goals.
o Use customer-centric design principles to ensure that requirements reflect the needs, behaviours, and expectations of end users.
o Translate these insights and requirements into clear, relevant UX/UI expectations for IT and digital teams.
o Provide guidance that balances our goals with user needs to guide meaningful and engaging user experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related roles, demonstrating strong competence in user experience and interface design.
• Experience collaborating with partners and IT/digital teams to translate our needs into UX/UI requirements.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with knowledge of design systems and reusable components.
