REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects, particularly in web, portals, and reports
• Proficiency in Figma or other design tools, including advanced features like components, variants, and prototyping
• Strong understanding of user centred design principles, usability, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and the senior leadership team
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences
• Experience in design understanding for Power BI is an additional advantage
• (Optional) Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with expertise in Figma to design intuitive and visually engaging screens reports. You will collaborate with Power BI designers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centric designs that align with our brand and enhance user experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and prototype high-fidelity user interfaces and workflows for all the existing and new reports using Figma or on Power BI.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and mock-ups that illustrate design ideas to end users and get their feedback
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and user experience principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and iterate on designs.
• Maintain and expand the design system within Figma / design platform for consistency across all the reports
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to story telling with dashboards / reports
