• Contribute to a variety of projects across industries by creating visually compelling and user-centered digital experiences
• Design clean, consistent, and scalable user interfaces, and support the development of robust design systems
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, service designers, and more) to align UI with business and user goals
• Support the design process from early research and ideation through to high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff
• Participate in co-creation workshops and internal sessions to define visual direction and translate insights into design concepts
• Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics
• Engage in project work from start to finish, helping shape the UI and addressing design challenges along the way
• You enjoy analysing user insights, UX/UI trends and user stories
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design practice, tools, and processes
• Actively participate in team knowledge-sharing, fostering a collaborative and supportive design culture
• Stay up to date on AI, UX and UI trends, visual design innovations, and the evolving role of AI in the design process – and bring those insights to the table
