Job Description We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer for our client operating in the telecommunications industry. Project Description: Our client is developing a desktop web application used by internal agents to analyze network usage and customer behavior. The application serves as a customer care dashboard with advanced business intelligence features, including: data visualizations, charts, KPIs interactive maps customizable widget-based dashboards The platform is used by approximately 3,000–4,000 users, with ongoing feature development. Tech stack includes a React-based front-end. Main Responsibilities: Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces based on product discussions Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and development team Focusing on UI design (UX research is partly covered) Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes Iterating designs based on feedback from a test user group Proactively suggesting improvements and new design solutions Participating in Agile (Kanban) ceremonies and team meetings Helping establish UX/UI processes and collaboration with the dev team Qualifications Requirements 3+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user psychology Experience in usability testing and gathering user feedback Skills in creating personas and translating data into design decisions Ability to design wireframes and prototypes Creative problem-solving approach to usability challenges Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts Nice to Have Experience working with Figma Additional Information Challenges & Context You will be the first UX/UI Designer fully integrated with the development team Opportunity to shape UX processes and workflows from scratch Ensuring consistency with existing designs while evolving the design system Working with German-language UI content (project communication in English) Hybrid work:3 days per week working from the office in Warsaw, Poznan or Lublin.
