UX/UI Designer About Kenz’up Join the new Moroccan fintech startup! Kenz'up is a dynamic fintech startup launched in June 2020, funded and backed by a major Moroccan corporation. We specialize in financial services and cashback solutions, with our flagship digital cashback application designed to enhance customer retention. Kenz'up aims to support the national financial inclusion strategy and improve the daily lives of millions of Moroccans through a wide range of financial services. Your role Come up with innovative ways to detect and solve customer problems Build innovative products and services around financial services Collaborate daily with Product and Frontend Engineers to unblock the team members Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs Ensure consistency in design and usage of our design system and shared components Build 100% accurate design flows Be a proactive member of the team and be involved throughout all the product lifecycle Required skills Minimum experience in similar role (+2 years) Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The UX/UI Designer will innovate ways to detect and solve customer problems while building products and services around financial services. They will collaborate with Product and Frontend Engineers and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
