We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive and engaging interfaces for Microsoft Power Platform applications. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for low-code/no-code environments and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. This is a hybrid contract role with an expectation to visit the customer’s offices in Central Dublin, Ireland, during the week.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience designing for Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Experience designing user experiences for business applications.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• UI/UX design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Power Apps canvas, model-driven, and portal applications.
• Design user interfaces for Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency across applications.
• Maintain design systems and UI standards for Power Platform solutions.
